We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or made specifically for each customer, custom-made items and perishable products are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to make it right.
