Due to the power of mother nature, we strongly advise against displaying our artificial flowers, plants, and trees outdoors or placing them in direct sunlight indoors.

UV light and exposure to weather elements can break down materials over time, causing colours to fade prematurely and reducing the lifespan of your arrangements.

Unless otherwise specified, all our artificial products are designed for indoor use and should be kept away from direct sunlight and outdoor elements to maintain their beauty for years to come.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since most of our products are custom made by hand, processing times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Typically, ready-to-ship items take 1-2 business days to process, while custom orders usually require 10-15 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged. In the event that an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, whether that be a replacement, refund, or store credit.
