At Beafloral, we strive to deliver floral designs that reflect the style, quality, and value you expect. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery or product integrity. This policy explains when and how substitutions may occur for both fresh and artificial products.
Fresh flowers and live plants are subject to seasonal availability, market conditions, and weather-related supply variations; as a result, substitutions may occasionally be required.
Substitutions may be made when:
Specific flower varieties, colours, or plant species are unavailable or out of season
Quality standards cannot be met with the originally selected product
Weather, supply chain, or grower availability impacts inventory
Timely delivery would otherwise be compromised
When a substitution is necessary:
We will select flowers or plants of equal or greater value
Overall style, colour palette, and design intent will be preserved as closely as possible
Substitutions will be made at the designer’s professional discretion
Minor variations in bloom stage, size, or colour tone are natural and expected and do not constitute defects.
Specific flower varieties or plant species cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing prior to production
Substitutions do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements provided the arrangement meets the overall design intent and quality standards at the time of delivery
Artificial florals are designed to closely match the product description and images shown at the time of purchase. Substitutions for artificial products are rare but may occur in limited circumstances.
Substitutions may be required if:
A specific artificial stem, component, or colour is discontinued or unavailable
A manufacturing or quality issue prevents use of the original component
A supply delay would significantly impact order fulfillment
If a substitution is necessary:
Replacement components will be of equal or greater quality and value
The overall appearance, colour palette, and style will remain consistent with the original design
Customers may be contacted for approval on custom or made-to-order artificial arrangements, where feasible
Minor variations in artificial stems (such as texture, stem angle, or shade) are considered normal and do not constitute defects
Substitutions made in good faith and in line with this policy do not qualify for refunds or returns unless the final product materially deviates from agreed specifications
For custom floral designs (fresh or artificial):
Substitutions may be required due to availability or quality considerations
Where possible, customers will be notified prior to fulfillment
Once production has begun or designs have been approved, substitutions made in line with this policy are considered accepted
